These feelings are not uncommon for those who are called to lead in ceremonial spaces. This immersive training invites you into deep apprenticeship with ceremony as a vessel for healing, transformation, and sacred leadership. Each subject offers embodied learning, ritual experience, and grounded tools for trauma-informed facilitation.

Introduction to Ceremonial Facilitation
Explore the purpose and power of ceremony across cultures. Understand the sacred role of the facilitator, how to hold space with integrity, and begin practicing the elements of ceremony through guided rituals and shared stories.

Ethics and Boundaries
Learn how to create safety through clear boundaries, confidentiality, and consent. We explore the ethical landscape of ceremonial work, including power dynamics, diversity, and facilitator responsibilities.

Shamanic Journey & Trance States
Dive into the art of guiding altered states through rhythm, breath, sound, and meditation. Learn how to create safe containers for shamanic journeying and how to ethically support others in visionary spaces.

Building the Altar
Discover how to craft altars that anchor energy and intention. Work with elements, directions, symbols, and personal or ancestral tools to co-create sacred space that reflects your own lineage and spirit-led path.

Invocation of Sacred Space
Learn to open and close ceremonial space in alignment with your own traditions and inner calling. Use tools like invocation, smudging, prayer, sound, and movement to invite in support and create a luminous field of protection.

Shadow Work
Explore the shadow self as sacred terrain for healing. Learn how to guide others through emotional release and integration with compassion, presence, and spaciousness. Practice witnessing the unseen and holding fierce love.

Energy Alchemy
Work with energy as a living force. Learn how to clear, direct, and balance energy within a ceremonial field through intention, visualization, and somatic tools. Practice subtle sensing and energetic hygiene.

Spirit Release
Understand the process of helping others release what no longer serves them—attachments, energetic burdens, or dense energies. Learn gentle and respectful approaches to spirit release with trauma-informed care.

Soul Retrieval
Journey into the realms of soul loss and reintegration. Practice techniques for supporting participants in calling back fragmented parts of themselves with reverence, patience, and skillful holding.

Sacred Tools
Engage with the tools of ceremony—rattles, drums, feathers, staffs, stones, and sacred herbs. Learn how to use them with purpose, care, and connection to the unseen forces they represent.

Trauma-Informed Facilitation
Deepen your understanding of trauma and how it may arise in ceremony. Learn nervous system-aware practices, grounding techniques, and how to create spaces of empowerment and agency.

Ceremony Planning & Preparation
Design ceremonies that are intentional, balanced, and adaptable. From flow mapping to altar preparation to working with co-facilitators, this module equips you to plan with structure and intuition.

Conflict Resolution
Gain tools for navigating challenges that arise in group dynamics or ceremonial space. Learn communication skills, de-escalation tools, and practices for restoring harmony while maintaining boundaries.

Integration Support
Support participants after ceremony in integrating insights and experiences into daily life. Learn how to hold space in the weeks following ceremony for emotional support, practical tools, and lasting change.

Private Group Ceremony
Step into leadership by co-facilitating a small ceremony with your peers. Practice weaving all elements of what you’ve learned into a full ceremonial experience, with support and reflection from mentors.

Graduation Ceremony
Our training culminates in a co-created ceremony crafted by the whole group. Each participant offers their unique gift—song, prayer, movement, silence, or ritual—as we gather in sacred circle to honor completion. This shared rite of passage may welcome guests or remain an intimate celebration of your journey.

    Each session is a sacred immersion, with integration practices and ceremonial assignments in between. It is designed to deepen your embodiment without overwhelming your life.

  • Yes, there are no pre-requisites to this training although there will be an interview process to ensure alignment and resonance with the container.
